BDO has provided valuation services to Eika Gruppen AS in relation with the acquisition of a minority share in Uni Micro AS.

67 % of Uni Micro is currently owned by DNB and the Sparebank 1 group. Eika Gruppen and Sparebanken Sør will acquire a minority stake of 10 % and 5 %, respectively. The remaining 33 % is owned by the Uni Micro founders, management and employees of the company.
