BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Stiftelsen Diakonissehuset Lovisenberg's acquisition of Gardermoen Campus Sykehus AS and Gardermoen Campus Utvikling AS.

Stifeltelsen Dikonissehuset Lovisenberg is a foundation with an extensive focus on the operation of hospitals, health care education, elderly care, rehabilitation, and the operation of kindergartens. The purpose of the foundation is to provide help to vulnerable members of society.

The acquisition involves a property, previously known as the LHL-hospital, and one additional development lot. Stiftelsen Diakonissehuset Lovisenberg was the tenant prior to the acquisition.
